Courtney Zemke is from a small town in Michigan. She began her training ten years ago at Sherry’s Academy of Dance. She was trained in ballet, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and lyrical under the direction of Sherry Blaha. In 2009 Courtney attended Wayne State University and was a member of the dance programs touring company. She continued training rigorously in ballet, modern, jazz, and African. Courtney has danced for the Detroit Pistons and Detroit Shock basketball teams along with performing with the Goo Goo Dolls. She has been a final contestant in Vegas the past two years on “So You Think You Can Dance?”.  Since moving to Los Angeles, Courtney has worked closely with many choreographers such as Matthew Tseng, Robert Schultz, Chris Downey, Justine Menter, Leo Morimune and is a member of Flirt Dance Company. She is excited to be represented by Bloc talent agency and cannot wait to see what the future holds for her.
