Originally from St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Lauren VanGheluwe has been dancing since the age of three, training in jazz, ballet, hip hop, modern & tap. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University Dance Program, Lauren moved to Los Angeles to begin her career as a commercial dancer. Professionally, she can be seen dancing in the TV pilot, “Charlie Knows Best,” choreographed by Erin Lamont, as well as dancing for Mariah Carey and Mary J. Blige during the Lions Halftime Show on FOX, and has performed in industrials for Ford Motor Co. and General Motors. Lauren has been an avid member of both the Joseph Allen Decker Dance Company and the Velvet Martini Dance Company in Los Angeles. She has also been a featured dancer in pop artist Vienne V’s music video and a cabaret dancer in a musical short film, “The Fantastic Clown Club”. Lauren is extremely excited to embark on her journey as a Flirt dancer and is thrilled to find what the future holds.
